Below is an overview of the Purpose, Vision, Missions, and Values for the On-Purpose Presenters Program. Following this is a longer explanation.
Purpose (Being)
Increasing Wealth
“Increasing Wealth” speaks to the innate desire for growth and improvement in the many facets of your life and work. (BTW: If you’re reading this, then you are financially wealthy by the world’s standards.) From this abundance and gratitude, you feel called to serve others by imparting the wisdom of your learning and experiences.
Like PVMV, let’s clarify our terms. Wealth is the state of weal or well-being in the most robust sense of the word. Wealth is typically inaccurately viewed as a synonym for excess financial income and/or holding — being rich. Financial wealth is one dimension of wealth. Weal includes body, mind, spirit, family, emotions, and more. (Chapter 4 of Chief Leadership Officer provides a more detailed explanation.)
Increasing wealth is ideally a flowing and fluid exchange between parties so the common good (not the greater good) is served. The old adage of “A rising tide raises all boats in the water” is apt imagery. The other is the idea of a “win-win” where both parties benefit in a transaction.
Increasing Wealth begins with you! ONPURPOSE.me and doing business with On-Purpose Partners needs to be an increasing wealth relationship for you. The initial inquiry you completed to become an OP Presenter opened this line of thinking. Your follow-up interview explored it further. As much as you want to be a part of increasing wealth for those who attend your training programs or receive your coaching, we want to provide the same for your license for the ONPURPOSE.me module. Here are some of the increasing wealth opportunities available to you:
- Know your 2-word purpose and express it strategically and intentionally. This is remarkably powerful personally and professionally.
- Use your inside track via OP Presenters to explore more deeply what it means to be on-purpose.
- Build win-win relationships with your peer OP Presenters. Ours is a wide-ranging community of experts in diverse fields, backgrounds, and experiences.
- Delight in the joy of seeing others know their purpose thanks to you being the person who made it possible.
- Be a learner. ONPURPOSE.me is the proverbial tip of the iceberg for the On-Purpose® Approach. Stick around a while and you may be surprised at all you learn.
- Embrace the benefits of sharing a common terminology and understanding about the language of leadership and strategy in concept and in practical application.
Increasing Wealth cascades from you to others. As a “Presenter,” you may call yourself a trainer, teacher, coach, facilitator, or some other term, but chances are you’re a giver or servant-leader who feels called to pay it forward. Your OP Presenter return on investment is akin to John Chapman, aka Johnny Appleseed, who prudently planted apple trees across the USA so people wouldn’t go hungry. You are planting purpose in the hearts, lives, and workplaces of people so they won’t have to hunger for meaning. The ripple effect of one person influencing another and so forth is truly a wealth-increasing opportunity on a global scale.

- Become familiar with the depth and breadth of the On-Purpose Approach by at least visiting related websites:
- Be active in the OP Presenter community. Attend virtual and live training events.
- Interact with peers within your field and outside it.
- Share your insights by submitting articles and videos within your niche.
- Expand your licensing to become an On-Purpose Professional to deliver full-day On-Purpose Programs (coming in 2020).
- Be a steward of the intellectual property entrusted to you.
Vision (Seeing)
Seeding a Culture of Common Good Leaders
Let’s begin by examining the component parts of the Vision for On-Purpose Presenters to set a standard for common terminology and concepts. From the parts, we’ll reassemble the whole so the Vision carries more weight and meaning than a casual reading of the phrase alone may convey.
Seeding: A 2-word purpose is like an acorn holding within it a majestic tree and the canopy of a forest. Yet most people are searching for a mere sense of purpose in order to better lead their life and provide for their family. ONPURPOSE.me is an “Ingeniously fast. Forever meaningful.” tool you wield in your training toolbox. Sow bountifully and you’ll be increasing wealth.
Culture: Your work influences the culture within your training room and beyond into the lives and organizations where you present ONPURPOSE.me. A healthy culture sustains growth. Purpose, by definition, is good not evil. Purpose is the purest part of our being — the heart of our heart.
Common Good: “Common Good” is an important term. It is similar to “Wealth” as described in the Purpose of the OP Presenters Program. In fact, a Commonwealth and Common Good are closely related. Common Good is the ideal that moderates the individual pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness with the needs and concerns for others. In short, how good can life be if others are not also experiencing good in their lives?
Whereas a Commonwealth is the form of organization a group of people embrace to live into the common good lifestyle, Common Good is an idea. Commonwealth is a practice. Ideally, a business functions internally and externally as a commonwealth within a commonwealth.
Leaders: Every person is called to be a leader of his or her life. Purpose is the seed of that call. On-Purpose is the expression of said leadership. Personal leadership of one’s life can’t be delegated, but it can be neglected.
Organizational leadership or leadership of others is typically a vetted position by those who would choose to follow or not.
Common Good Leaders: A common good leader, therefore, is a person who is diligently and intentionally leading his or her life of individual pursuit and expression of purpose. The common good leader embraces the concepts and practical application of the common good ideal, even to the point of creating or participating in a commonwealth.
Missions (Doing)
- Presenting ONPURPOSE.me so people can know their 2-word purpose and be on-purpose persons in creation.
- Introducing and integrating On-Purpose into our respective fields of expertise and vice versa.
- Establishing standards in the language of leadership and strategy to gain constancy of purpose, simplicity, and better communication.
Values (Choosing)
- Gratitude from realizing our abundance.
- Forgive by both giving and accepting because no living person ever gets it right always.
- Collaborate to share knowledge, experiences, relationships, and opportunity.
- Steward as in the appropriate application of the Golden Rule and the Platinum Rule.
Crusade!
Eradicating Meaninglessness!
On-Purpose Partners is on a crusade to eradicate meaninglessness from the planet. Thanks to ONPURPOSE.me, any person with an internet connection and an understanding of English can know their purpose. This “purpose vaccination” establishes a baseline for being on-purpose. It awakens possibilities and provides hope in the face of what can seem a bleak and difficult life.
On-purpose persons in creation need meaningful work in on-purpose organizations. The fulfillment of The On-Purpose Principle (The Purpose of the Person aligned with the Purpose of the Organization) is possible.
As an On-Purpose Presenter, you are extending this crusade to establish a commonwealth known as The On-Purpose Planet. Regardless of whether this crusade to eradicate meaninglessness captivates your spirit, the work you’re doing contributes to it. Feel good about doing good.
